We're proud to announce that our team won the award for Best Use of an iPad at iPadDevCamp NYC 2010! The competition was hosted by AOL, Barnes & Noble, and Google, and took place at AOL's headquarters in NYC.
We had 24 hours to create an iPad app, and banged out a Ouija-like multi-touch game called Ghost in the Machine, complete with eerie sound effects and custom animations!
Two Dom & Tom members participated and Dom acted as Team Leader for the group. Here he is giving the final presentation at iPadDevCamp:
Since then, we polished up the app and just released it to the iTunes market!

Just when you thought it wasn't possible to contact the spirit world via iPad, here comes Ghost in the Machine! This isn't your typical Ouija-type app – not only can you get multiple people involved like the old-school board game, but slick graphics combined with custom animations and creepy sound effects create an immersive experience. It's just an iPad app... Or is it?
Ghost in the Machine features:
- Horrifying animations!
- Gorgeous artwork!
- Terrifying audio!
- Supports multiple touches around application border to allow even more people to play!
- A fresh ghost packed into each and every app!

If you've got an iPad and feel like summoning the otherworldly Dom & Tom style, get Ghost in the Machine, AVAILABLE NOW on iTunes!
